Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of the IPC and Section 3 /4 of Witch Craft Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. It is further submitted that all the injuries are simple in nature.
Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.
Learned APP has submitted that the injury report has been received which reveals that the injuries are simple in nature.
In view of the above, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No.155/16, corresponding to G.R.No.3160/16, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
