05/11.05.2018 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.K. Mishra, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 72/17, corresponding to G.R. No. 995/17. Submission has been advanced that the Centre Superintendent namely Ashish Kachhap has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 6461/2017. The petitioner happens to be the Principal of Bright Private, I.T.I., in which allegation has been levelled that unfair means were exercised in conducting examination.

Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, this application is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from today and on such surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 72/17, corresponding to G.R. No. 995/17, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
