06/11.05.2018 Heard Mr. Nagmani Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.K. Mishra, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baharogora P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 244 of 2017.
It appears from the allegation that at the instigation of the petitioner one Bhato Munda had assaulted the mother of the informant which resulted in her death. The witnesses in course of investigation has also supported the said fact.
In view of the aforesaid, therefore, I do not find any reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this application accordingly stands rejected.
