Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S Case No. 628 of 2014, corresponding to G.R No.4032 of 2014, S.T No.206 of 2015, for the offences under Sections 364, 364A, 363, 302, 201, 120-B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case relates to abduction of the father of the informant who was abducted from Jamshedpur and the dead body of the deceased was found in a forest at Hazaribagh. In the confessional statement of the co-accused, it had come that the vehicle, which was used for abduction and murder of the deceased, was being driven by this petitioner, and the confessional statement of this petitioner had led to the recovery of the said vehicle.
Earlier the bail applications of this petitioner were rejected on merits thrice.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Md. Safique @ Safique @ Md. Safique Ahmad, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
