The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 347 of 2016 for the offence under sections341, 323, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and other co-accused of this case namely Afjal Sk has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 1321 of 2017.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned S.D.J.M, Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 347 of 2016 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and also subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be close relative of the petitioners.
