The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under sections 364,302,201,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The only material which has surfaced against the petitioner is that the motorcycle of the deceased was found and recovered in relation to which Karra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 was registered. Since in Karra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014, the petitioner was accused, this petitioner has been made accused in this case also.
This is a case where the brother of the informant and his friend have been kidnapped and murdered and their motorcycle was looted.
Taking into consideration the fact that there is nothing against this petitioner in the case diary, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Arjun Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 135 of 2014.
