The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 379, 461 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Hindpiri, Police Station Case No.99 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 4413 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Ranchi.

This is a case of theft committed in the jewellry shop of the informant. It is alleged that on the confessional statement of the coaccused some silver ornaments were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and charge has already framed.

Learned Addl.P.P. Opposes the prayer for bail but cannot dispute the fact that save and except this case there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Immamuddin Ansari @ Immamuddin Anari, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Ranchi in connection with Hindpiri, Police Station Case No.99 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 4413 of 2017.
