Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the C.P Case no. 858/2016 registered under Sections 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,pending in the ocurt of J.M. Ist Class Bokaro

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is extremely vague, ambiguous and false. The petitioner is ready to keep her wife with full dignity.

A Joint Compromise petition has been on behalf of both the parties in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro being Original suit Case No. 277 of 2018 from which it appears that this suit is admitted.

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

In that view of the matter,, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bokaro in connection with C.P Case no. 858/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
