The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 906/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 117/2017, the case registered under Sections 406,420,341,342,323,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Pursuant to order dated 03.07.2018 both the parties are physicall present before this court and the possibility of reconciliation between them through the process of mediation is explored.
It appears that there is money dispute between the parties.
Be that as it may, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within Four Weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of JM Ist Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 906/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 117/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
