The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.P Case No.1031/2016, the case registered under Sections 420,406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Pursuant to order dated 25.07.2018, both the parties are physically present before this court and the possibility of reconciliation between them was explored.
On query, petitioner has denied the allegation leveled against him. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.
