Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 323, 325, 385, 386, 307/34 IPC and Section 17 CLA Act.
There is allegation against this petitioner that she along with other accused persons went to the shop of the informant and assaulted him and also demanded extortion money from him. There are three criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner above named in connection with Murhu Police Station Case No. 30 of 2014 (G.R. No. 174 of 2014(s)) corresponding to Session Trial No. 163 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st , Khunti stands rejected at this stage.
