Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a) (1-A), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act in connection with Harla Police Station Case No. 31 of 2018 (G.R. No. 243 of 2018), pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro.
It is alleged that Ajay Singh's house was raided in presence of his wife Anjela Singh (petitioner) and arms and ammunition were recovered. It is alleged that police inquired about recovery of arms and ammunition but she could not explain and on the basis of this she has been arrested.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Harla Police Station Case No. 31 of 2018 (G.R. No. 243 of 2018).
