Today, when the case is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of order dated 02.08.2018 petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs, 68,000/- before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad in Original Maintenance Case No. 106 of 2017 and in this regard Xerox copy of premptory receipt dated 04.03.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
