It appears that under order dated 09.07.2018 prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected and trial court was directed to formulate a scheme for rehabilitation of victim sponsored by NALSA and submit a report to this Court.
The required report dated 15.10.2018 has been received, which reveals that sufficient steps have been taken for rehabilitation of victim.
So, no further direction is required to be passed and the matter is hereby consigned.
