Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 2727 of 2016, registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was granted provisional bail till 23.07.2018 under order dated 02.05.2018, but he did not appear in the court below and furnish his bail bonds and on 26.06.2018, he has been arrested by the police.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
