Four petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Godda (M) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 100 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 34 of the I.P.C., lodged on the basis of one written report given by Sunita Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case only because informant party wants to grab the land of the petitioners.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory

bail.

Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Godda, in connection with Godda (M) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 100 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to further condition that on the date of furnishing bail bonds, petitioner nos. 2, 3 & 4 shall deposit Rs. 6,000/each (total Rs. 18,000/-) in the court below by way of compensation and the aforesaid deposition will not prejudice the case of the petitioners during trial.

After deposition of the aforesaid amount, the court below is directed to issue notice to opposite party no. 2
