The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bank More P.S. Case No. 90 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1646 of 2017 for the offence under sections 498A, 323, 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Today, when the case is called out, learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been arrested in another case.
In view of the matter, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed, order dated 23.04.2018 granting the petitioner provisional bail and directing him to pay interim maintenance, is hereby recalled.
