The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.P. Case No. 66 of 2016 for the offence under sections 498A, 323, 34, 379 of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under section 498A, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
Today, when the case is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was directed to take instruction as to whether petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2,500/- to the O.P. No. 2, but he has no contact with the petitioner so instruction could not be taken.
In view of the matter, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
