Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mirzachouki P.S. Case No. 57/17, corresponding to G.R. No. 353 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302, 509 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Case diary has been received. From perusal of para 16 of the case diary, it appears basically there is land dispute but petitioner was leading the mob.
So considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
