This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 183/2003, which stood dismissed for default on 13.03.2018 due to non-appearance.
In view of the statements made in para- 4,5 and 6, this application is allowed and the Cr. Revision no. 183/2003 is restored to its original file, subject to the condition that petitioner shall deposit a cost of Rs. 1100/- before the President/Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Advocates' Clerks' Association latest by 14.08.2018 and produce the receipt of the said deposit in the concerned section.
