The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under sections 498(A), 494, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a matrimonial dispute. He submits that the mediation is successful, which is apparent from the report submitted by the Mediator, Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi.
After going through the report submitted by the Mediator, Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi, I find that the mediation is successful, and, as such, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, namely, Vijay Kumar Sahu @ Vijay Sahu @ Bijay Sahu vide order dated 05.03.2018, in connection with Simdega Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 352 of 2015, pending in the Court of Sri S.S. Tirkey, J.M. 1st Class, Simdega is hereby confirmed.
This application is allowed.
