This C.M.P has been filed for restoration of W.P (S) No.571/2016, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremtory order dated 06.12.2016 as certain defects could not be removed as has been pointed out by the Registry, as a result of which the writ petition has been dismissed for default.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the writ petition is not restored, the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury, to which counsel for the respondents have not raised any objection.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned counsel for the respondent nos.2,3 and 5, the writ petition (W.P (S) No.571/2016) is restored to its original file, subject to removal of the defects within a period of two weeks.
This C.M.P stands disposed of.
