2/23.02.2018 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that a looted mobile was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
The impugned order clearly suggests that the petitioner had purchased the said looted mobile and it was within his knowledge that the mobile was looted one.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is the purchaser of the looted mobile, I am inclined to enlarge him on bail. Accordingly, petitioner namely, Deepak Kumar Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 279 of 2017 [G.R. No. 1254/2017].
