Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 354D of the Indian Penal Code.
Despite direction of this Court O.P. No.2 has failed to remain physically present before this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that O.P. No.2 has not a single chit of paper has been produced that any document has been forged by him.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 2157 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
