Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for
bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Bistupur Police Station Case No.412 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.3409 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
It is alleged that the petitioner had stolen some mobile phone, which were recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 29.12.2017, which is nearly one year. Charge has already been framed against the petitioner in this case.
Considering the period of custody, petitioner, namely, Vicky @ Nizamuddin, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Bistupur Police Station Case No.412 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.3409 of 2017.
