05/13.09.2017 A counter-affidavit has been filed giving details of payment of gratuity, group insurance and leave encashment. It has also been stated that authority slip for family pension has been issued on 18.07.2003.
Referring to stand taken in paragraph no. 10 of the writ petition, the learned State counsel submits that this writ petition suffers from suppression of material facts in as much as all necessary payments were made between 2001 to 2003 still, the writ petition has been filed in the year, 2016.
The learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. On 28.08.2017 also, the petitioner was not represented by her counsel.
In the above facts, the writ petition is dismissed in
default.
