08/14.09.2017 In a single writ petition, 14 petitioners have joined together to challenge their order of termination.

An objection is taken by the learned State counsel, contending that the petitioners were neither appointed by a common order nor within the same Anganwari centre. Not only that, period of work of all the petitioners is also different and while so, in a composite writ petition their claims cannot be decided and they are required to file separate writ petitions.

Faced with the above objection, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file separate writ petitions on behalf of each individual.
