Heard Mr. K. K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ram Prakash Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State.
This application is directed against the order dated 17.06.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Giridih in Criminal (Misc.) Appeal No. 15 of 2017 by which the order dated 02.06.2017 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Giridih in connection with G.R. No. 47 of 2017 (E.N. No. 237 of 2017) arising out of Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, refusing to release the petitioners on bail, has been affirmed and the appeal was dismissed.
It appears that the petitioners have been implicated on being involved in cyber crime. The antecedent report which has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. reveals that save and except the present case, the petitioners are not involved in any other criminal case. The petitioners are in remand home since 05.01.2017.
Considering the period undergone by the petitioners, while setting the order dated 17.06.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Giridih in Criminal (Misc.) Appeal No. 15 of 2017 and the order dated 02.06.2017 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Giridih in connection with G.R. No. 47 of 2017 (E.N. No. 237 of 2017) arising out of Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Giridih in connection with G.R. No. 47 of 2017 (E.N. No. 237 of 2017) arising out of Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, with a condition that the father of the petitioners will keep the petitioners at a safe place and will not allow them to meet any bad
element and further directed to produce the petitioners before court concerned on each and every date fixed in the concerned case till the conclusion of the inquiry.
