07/ 10.10.2014 Perused the office notes dated 09.10.2014. It appears that service of notice upon O.P. Nos. 2 to 6 have been accepted as validly served vide order dated 27.09.2012 and notice upon O.P. No. 7 has also been served in view of the service report kept at flag’L’.
So far as the service of notice upon O.P. No. 8 is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of Court’s order dated 20.12.2012, notice was issued to the said O.P. No. 8 for his appearance through substituted service of notice by publication in newspaper ‘Dainik Jagaran’ dated 15.01.2013 published from Ludhiana and circulated in Chandigarh and to this effect, he has filed a supplementary affidavit dated 23.01.2013 enclosing the photocopy of the said notice published in the said newspaper, which has been marked as Annexure-S/1 to the supplementary affidavit.
