This application has been preferred by the petitioners for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violating the order dated 9.2.2016, passed in W.P.S. No. 1636 of 2015.
It appears from the said order that petitioner was directed to submit a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 and accordingly respondent no. 4 was directed to dispose of the representation by passing a reasoned order. Show cause preferred by the opposite parties reveals that by order dated 5.11.2016, representation of the petitioner has been disposed of.
Since there has been sufficient compliance with the order dated 9.2.2016, passed in W.P.S. No. 1636 of 2015, I am not inclined to proceed further in the contempt proceeding and accordingly the same is hereby disposed of.
