02/14.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 21.06.2017 in A.B.A. No.3426 of 2017 passed by this Court, the amount of ad interim victim compensation to be deposited by the petitioners has rightly been written as Rs.4,000/-(Rupees four thousand) in figures but because of the typographical error, the same has been written as 'Two thousand' instead of 'Four thousand' in wprds. It is further submitted that in view of the aforesaid typographical error, the petitioners could not surrender in the court below, hence the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for four weeks' time from today to surrender in the court below.
Learned Addl.P.P. concedes the prayer.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in A.B.A. No.3426 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the words ('Two thousand') appearing after the words 'Rs. 4,000/-, in the first page at third paragraph in the sixth line from bottom in the said order dated 21.06.2017 in A.B.A. No.3426 of 2017 be substituted with the words 'Four thousand' and four weeks time is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below be counted from today.
Accordingly, Cr.M.P. No.1682 of 2017 stands disposed of.
