3/16.11.2017 Learned counsel for the State submits on the basis of show cause filed on 7^th October, 2017 that a reasoned order (Annexure-C) dated 4^th October, 2017 has been passed by the Director, Tourism, asking the petitioner to make necessary corrections for reevaluation of the work undertaken. Therefore, direction passed in the writ petition has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reasoned order has been communicated on incorrect address. However, now counsel for the petitioner is in receipt of the show cause containing the reasoned order, petitioner may therefore respond to the directions contained in the reasoned order for staking his claim for admissible dues.

In view of the show cause filed, the instant petition is disposed of.
