04/04.08.2017 This contempt petition has been preferred for non compliance of the order passed in W.P. (S) No. 7478 of 2013 dated 11th February, 2014. Contempt case arising therefrom being Contempt Case (Civil) No. 591 of 2014 was dropped in view of the reasoned order passed on 04th November, 2014. In this petition statements have been made by the petitioner that installments have been irregularly paid and he also has made a representation for release of his post-retirement dues in a lump-sum for undertaking the treatment.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties- M.A.D.A submits that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation before the opposite parties concerned which would be considered in accordance with law.
Having regard to the submissions made, the opposite parties shall look into the representation of the petitioner so far as it relates for non payment of installment as per the scheme for payment of post-retirement dues and the reasoned order passed earlier in accordance with law. This contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
