13/04.08.2017 Show cause has been filed in these matters after the previous order indicating payment of admissible dues on grant of first A.C.P from the due date and also the monetary benefit in lieu of un-utilized earned leave encashment amount, which also entailed revision. They have also enclosed the orders by which the office of Accountant General, Jharkhand has been requested to revise the Pension, Gratuity and Family Pension of these petitioners.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the process of showing compliance the correct scale has not been given to the petitioners on the date of grant of first A.C.P.

Petitioners, if so aggrieved, may have liberty to raise their grievance in an appropriate proceedings. However, this Court is satisfied that by now the directions passed in the respective writ petitions have been substantially complied with though after some delay. Mr. Balmukund Jha, Inspector General, Registration, Government of Jharkhand, Opposite Party no.2 has tendered unconditional apology for the delay. Accordingly, these contempt petitions are disposed of and proceedings are dropped. All pending I.A.s are closed.

Since the proceedings are being dropped, interim order dated 21.7.2017 restraining the opposite party no.2 from drawing his salary in case the order is not complied by 31.7.2017 stands vacated. Presence of Mr. Balmukund Jha, Inspector General, Registration, Government of Jharkhand, Opposite Party no.2 is dispensed with.
