Parties have compromised the dispute. Both the husband and the wife are present in the Court today. A joint compromise petition has also been filed, which is numbered as I.A. No. 2185 of 2017. Terms and conditions of the compromise have been recorded in the said compromise petition. The petitioner (husband) is handing over three drafts in the name of his wife- Namrata Keshri, total amounting to Rs.6,00,000/- (six lakhs); details of which are as under;

Out of the three drafts, in Draft No. 820713 dated 07.03.2017, amounting to Rs.4,00,000/-, there is typographical error in respect of the name of the wife. The petitioner (husband) who is present before this Court undertakes to hand over a fresh Draft of Rs.4,00,000/- to the wife within seven days, failing which, it will be open to the wife (informant) to bring to the notice of this Court. This draft is handed over to the lawyer of the husband for its compliance.

Rest two drafts being Draft No. 820712 dated 7.3.2017 and Draft No. 009639 dated 9.3.2017, both amounting to Rs.1,00,000/each are handed over to the wife, who is present in the Court, receives the same in presence of the Court.

Both the parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the said joint compromise petition.

Since, the matter has already been compromised, the interim order dated 15.2.2017 passed in this case by this Court, by which provisional bail was granted to the petitioner (husband) is made absolute .

B.A. No. 917 of 2017 is thus allowed. Consequently, I.A. No. 2185 of 2017 stands disposed of.
