This application has been filed for restoration of W.P.S. No. 5236 of 2015, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order of this Court dated 14.07.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence he could not remove the defects, which was pointed out by the Office in the said writ application. However, he undertakes to remove all the defects within two weeks from today.
In view of the said undertaking, this C.M.P. is allowed and the writ application bearing W.P.S. No. 5236 of 2015, is restored to its original file subject to the condition that the defects, pointed out in the said writ application, should be removed within two weeks from today, failing which the instant order will lapse.
