05/ 14.12.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 304-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with S.T. No. 427 of 2013, arising out of Ranka P.S. Case No. 33 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 522 of 2013.
Actually the case relates to death of wife of the petitioner as well as the child of the petitioner. There being allegation against this petitioner to have subjected his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death and the dead bodies of mother and son were recovered from a well near the house of this petitioner, earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 12.11.2013 passed in B.A. No. 8717 of 2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail. In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, Ashok Yadav. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
