Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Mandu P.S. Case No.438 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.4302 of 2015.
The case relates to murder of the son of the informant, who was residing in a training school. Other friends of the deceased were confined and locked in a room and the deceased was taken away by the culprits. Subsequently, the dead body of the deceased was found. The petitioner is named in the FIR on the basis of suspicion.
