perused the documents on record.

The petitioner has been made an accused in Sitaramdera P.S. Case No.192 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No.3393 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307 and 302 of I.P.C.

On a written complaint of daughter-in-law of the deceased alleging that the petitioner assaulted her father-in-law, the petitioner has been made an accused in the instant case. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the post-mortem examination report of the victim, who was aged about 70 years would disclose that the victim died on account of injury suffered by him due to fall on the road. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.11.2016 and a charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. The date of occurrence is 14.11.2016 and the victim died in course of treatment on 21.11.2016.

Opposing the prayer for grant of bail, the learned APP submits that the witnesses have stated that the petitioner

assaulted the victim.

Considering the post-mortem examination report which discloses two injuries on the victim and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner namely, Lal Singh Munda @ Guru Lal Singh Munda, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class at Jamshedpur in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No.192 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No.3393 of 2016, on following conditions:

(i) he shall appear before the trial court, regularly, and

(ii) he shall not change his place of residence without prior permission of the court.

The instant application is allowed. Let a copy of the order be transmitted to the trial Court through 'Fax'.
