Since both the anticipatory bail application arose from same FIR they are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No. 11/2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 37/2016, the case registered under Sections 143, 323, 353, 332, 152, 188 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the FIR. On the other hand, learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners were arrested by the police officials of Welcome North-East P.S. Delhi and brought to the Sarath P.S. It is further submitted that petitioners are involved in cyber crime and the statement of villagers as well as police personnel which have been recorded in para-4,8,9,10,11 of the case diary also reveals that they have supported the prosecution case.
Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, anticipatory bail applications of the petitioners are hereby rejected.
