An interlocutory application bearing no.1705 of 2016 has been filed at the instance of the petitioner with prayer to stay the further proceeding of Enforcement M.P. Case No.211 of 2013 on the ground that one Title (Matrimonial) Suit No.209 of 2012 filed for divorce at the instance of the petitioner is still pending before the competent court and the court below has directed to pay Rs.7000/- to the opposite party no.2 and Rs.1000/- to her daughter as maintenance payable by 10th day of each succeeding month and further directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as litigation cost and the arrear amount within two month from the date of order.
Learned counsel for the State is present in Court.
In the main revision application notice has been issued to the opposite party no.2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the direction of the court below to pay the arrear amount within two month from the date of order is, hereby, stayed.
