Heard Md. Zaid Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. N.K. Sahani, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2.
Mr. N.K. Sahani, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2, at the outset, has stated that in this case, charge has already been framed and two witnesses have been examined.
In view of the facts that there is sufficient progress in the trial and even the impugned order dated 12.08. 2015 does not speak of any error or illegality, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
However, petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the learned trial court at the appropriate stage.
This application stands disposed of.
