This application has been filed with a prayer to extend the period of surrender.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had moved an anticipatory bail application vide A.B.A. No. 4397 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 14.06.2016 had granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within three weeks from the date of the order, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender in the court below within the aforesaid period, so it is prayed that the period for surrender in the court below may kindly be extended by further three weeks.
In view of the above submissions, the order dated 14.06.2016 passed in A.B.A. No. 4397 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender before the court below within two weeks from today, subject to the condition that petitioners shall deposit Rs.1000/(one thousand) before Secretary General, Jharkhand High Court Advocates' Association and shall file a receipt to this effect, which shall be kept on record.
Cr.M.P. No. 1806 of 2016 stands allowed and disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the trial Court and a copy of this order be also sent to the Secretary General, Jharkhand High Court Advocates' Association for intimation.
