Case No.2034 of 2015, are heard together and disposed of by this common order.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this case is counter blast of Complaint Case No.865 of 2013, filed by petitioner Satya Narayan Upadhyay. Petitioners have never entered into any partnership agreement with the complainant. It is further submitted that against accused no.2 and 3 there is no allegation but they have been implicated in the present case as they are the witnesses in C.P. Case no.865 of 2013.

Learned counsel appearing for O.P. no.2 has opposed the prayer for bail but he fairly admits that Complaint Case no.865 of 2013 has been filed by petitioner Satya Narayan Upadhyay.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, above named petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with C.P. Case No.2034 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
