Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is directed to implead the Complainant as opposite party no. 2.
Let necessary correction be carried out during course of the day.
Issue notice to the newly added opposite party no. 2 under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process, for which requisites etc must be filed within one week.
Call for L.C.R.
Both the parties are directed to remain physically present before this Court on 12.07.2016 so that possibility of conciliation between them can be explored.
Put up this case on 12.07.2016.
Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with P.C.R. Case No. 365 of 2014 pending in the Court of Sri M. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamtara.
