4/12.08.2016 In view of the show cause filed and the submissions made, payments of admissible dues under the Heads of General Provident Fund and Group Insurance have been released to the petitioner in lieu of her deceased husband, who was not entitled for pension as he was a dismissed employee. Petitioner has also received the provident fund amount and group insurance.
In that view of the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
