04/ 11.08.2016 This writ application has been rendered infructuous as during pendency of
the writ application, Learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal No. 1, Dhanbad has rendered the Award in Reference No. 35/2007 dated 20.07.2012 against the interim order of which, the instant writ petition was filed, whereunder Learned Tribunal had held that domestic inquiry conducted against the Respondent No. 1 was not fair and proper. The Award has already been challenged in WPL No. 6535/2012 by the same Management where any such grounds of law available on the findings relating to fairness or propriety of the domestic inquiry is open to be raised. Therefore, the instant writ application is disposed of as infructuous. Pending I.A. stand closed.
