03/ 12.08.2016 Learned counsel for the opposite parties, by referring to the show-cause, submits that after submission of succession certificate upon its issuance in the year 2014, the opposite party concerned have processed the claim of the deceased employee and admissible dues under the heads of Leave Encashment, Group Insurance, Gratuity and GPF have been sanctioned and paid. It is further submitted that order under offence is dated 17.03.2005, but the delay was on the part of the petitioner in producing the succession certificate which has been issued in 2014 only.
