State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S case No. 216 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.1669 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have abducted the informant girl and to have assaulted and injured her by firearm.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Pradip Singh, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
