Apprehending arrest in connection with Manjhari P.S. Case No.31 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.483 of 2015, petitioner has moved this anticipatory bail petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from her possession. She was not present at the place of occurrence.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, above named petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chaibasa in connection with Manjhari P.S. Case No.31 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.483 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
